The successful candidate will play an important part in keeping everything on track and supporting both management and the wider team.
Key Responsibilities:
Process purchase orders and match invoices with delivery paperwork.
Liaise with suppliers to ensure stock is ordered on time.
Call customers and take next day orders and follow up on outstanding balances.
Log, follow up, and escalate customer complaints promptly.
Carry out daily checks on calls, invoices, and stock availability.
Monitor and respond to emails
Receipt payments accurately and update records.
Keep files, delivery notes, and customer records organised.
Support management with reports and updates as required.
Assist with general office duties and provide cover for colleagues when needed.
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in administration or customer service (preferred but not essential).
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
