Main duties of the job
Day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to meeting and greeting patients, answering telephone calls dealing with queries from patients any other service providers e.g. hospitals and pharmacies, and other administrative duties associated with patient care, Complete all required mandatory training within designated timeframes and maintain up-to-date certifications as required for the role.
