We are a long-established, friendly multidisciplinary healthcare clinic looking for a professional, welcoming and organised receptionist to join our front-of-house team.
Key Responsibilities
Greeting patients and practitioners
Managing bookings and the clinic diary
Handling phone enquiries and emails
Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic
About You
Friendly, professional and confident dealing with the public
Strong communication skills
Reliable, punctual and organised
Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
Previous reception or customer-facing experience is an advantage, but not essential
