We are looking for a Receptionist/Administrator to join our team. This is a key role as you will be the first point of contact for all the businesses within the Centre.
The vacancy is 9am to 5pm, two days a week between Monday to Friday and includes, but is not limited to:-
Greeting all visitors/contractors to the building
Dealing with telephone enquiries
Booking meeting room hire for internal and external clients
Providing meeting room support
Stock taking for Business Centre supplies
Sorting and distributing incoming post
Processing outbound post, including franking and recording postage expenditure
Using a variety of software packages including Office 365, Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel to promote the business
Promote the business using Social Media
Provide administration support to the team and tenants as required
The successful candidate will have strong communication skills with a can do attitude, together with good IT and time management skills. A current driving licence is essential.

Pay: 12.30 per hour
Expected hours: 14 per week
