Overview:
We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and administrative support.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Demonstrate strong phone etiquette skills
- Perform clerical duties as needed
