Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our PropertyLine team. The ideal candidate should be organised, have excellent communication skills, possess strong administrative skills, and have proficiency in computerised tasks.

Responsibilities

- Perform data entry and maintain records accurately

- Provide administrative support to the team

- Answer phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette

- Type and distribute correspondence

- Assist with clerical tasks as needed

Requirements

- Proficiency in office procedures and organisational skills

- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Competency in computerised tasks and software applications

- Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role is advantageous
