Asbestos Analytical Services is a well established family run business based in Prestwick. Our client base is primarily local authorities, health boards and the private sector covering mainly West and Central Scotland.

Job Summary


We are seeking a full time professional and friendly Receptionist/Administrator to join our existing admin team. We pride ourselves on high levels of service we provide to our customers and are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic and professional person to join our team to help us maintain our high standards.

Responsibilities



Answer incoming calls obtaining detailed information and direct calls where necessary Receiving and booking in samples for analysis within our in-house laboratory Preparing survey and reinspection reports prior to forwarding to customers Updating customers with ongoing contracts Preparing site packs for forthcoming jobs Schedule appointments by contacting customers Dealing with email enquiries

Skills



Proven experience in a receptionist/administrative role High level of attention to detail Strong organisational abilities with the capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills in an office setting Able to work in a fast paced and busy environment Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
