Our head office in Ramsgate is currently looking for an experienced receptionist to be the front of house and voice of the company. This is a key role within our organisation, and we are well-respected within our industry having built up excellent relationships with key clients over our 60+ years of trading.
Duties Include:
Answering all telephone calls, screening and directing calls appropriately.
Take and relay messages accordingly.
Meet and greet visitors. Ensure visitors are signed in and out.
Provide refreshments for visitors.
Handle all incoming and outgoing post.
Place stationery orders.
Tesco weekly shop.
Cleaners orders.
Sign for deliveries and advise relevant staff.
Conference Room bookings.
General administration support.
Process Induction cards & U-attend reports.
Keep reception and work area tidy and free from clutter.
Monitor email inboxes and re-direct emails to appropriate person/department.
Skills Required:
Good telephone manner, verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, must be able to type, use own initiative, reliable, customer service orientated, knowledge and use of MS Office packages.
