We provide a professional but personal service to our clients and you'll spend your days taking over-flow calls from various internal departments so we can arrange to call them back at a suitable day and time.
You'll also be handling administration and postal duties and will have daily, weekly and ad-hoc tasks to complete so the day will fly by!
To be suitable for this role, you must have plenty of experience on a busy reception and also have great attention to detail as we must be accurate - after all we're handling clients money!!
If you have a passion for performing to 100% accuracy, love working in a team environment and have great communication skills, this role is perfect for you!
We don't just expect you to 'get on with it'! We'll give you great training and coaching to help you get results.
The role is permanent and is based at our offices in central Stockport, so its really easy to get to. The hours are pretty good as well...
9am til 7pm on Monday and Tuesday
9am til 6pm on Wednesday and Thursday
9am til 4pm on Friday
