Job Overview


We are seeking a receptionist for our new premises located in Thame and in Kidlington

Full time position 9-5pm Monday - Friday

Our key requirement is that the candidate has exceptional client / customer care skills and has worked within the client service sector previously, such as, in retail.

Must be friendly, outgoing, motivated and with a high standard for administration, attention to detail and able to use their initiative. There will be periods of working alone, and must be able to focus, work quickly in support of a busy conveyancing firm. Being responsive and able to act quickly to changing situations is key and provide administrative assistance to a lawyer.

Key duties including -

Dealing with and scanning post

Taking calls

Making appointments

Verifying client ID

Preparing client quotes

Supporting more senior staff with opening files, communicating with estate agents broker and other admin based duties

We are looking for someone who wants to grow with us, in our growing firm, with prospects for enhancement in their role overtime, possibilities for training and development - if this isn't something you wish to do longer term and see a progression within we kindly ask you to apply for other positions
