MUST have previous reception and administration experience
, ideally from within a professional environment and able to implement a high level of support to our staff and clients.
Having an attention to detail to help with all office matters and clerical tasks. You will need to ensure that our reception and office runs efficiently.
Have an ability to juggle multiple deadlines and be able to have prioritise workload and be able to communicate with colleagues at all levels.
You will be responsible for helping maintain the front of house appearance and cleanliness. This may include but is not limited to attending clients face to face or by telephone, maintaining office supplies, office equipment, assist with office compliance and a wide variety of clerical and administrative duties.
What You Will Do
To provide a positive reception experience for our staff and clients
Meet and greet all visitors, helping and providing refreshments as appropriate
Maintain the cleanliness, aesthetic integrity, and organisation throughout the office
Coordinate with other office admin staff on day to day running of the office
Dealing with filing statutory documents at Companies House
Dealing with HM Revenue & Customs over the telephone
Inventory, order and restock office, pantry supplies, marketing materials and facilities
Complete ad-hoc reception & office administration duties and assist teams as required
Answering, screening, and directing calls, handling all queries in a professional manner
Maintain and update internal CRM system
Assist with postal needs and deliveries
Providing help and support to the accounts team and payroll team.
Your Qualifications
Minimum of
3 years + experience within a similar role
Happy to work
full time and office based
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency and professionalism
Flexibility and a willingness to get involved in areas that might be outside your core responsibilities
Must be organised, efficient and enjoy working with a team as well as work independently
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Sensitivity to confidential projects and information
Presentable and client ready
IT literate - use of Sage Payroll, Excel, Word and CRM
