As a receptionist, you?EUR(TM)ll be the first point of contact for our company, receptionist's duties include offering administrative support across the organisation. You'll also be expected to co-ordinate front-desk activities, distributing correspondence, mail, directing phone calls etc, executing all administrative tasks to the highest quality and standards.You should have a pleasant personality, as this is a customer service role where one of a receptionist's responsibilities is to ensure visitors to the office are welcomed positively.Responsibilities? Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office? Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office? Answer, and forward incoming phone calls? Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable? Ensure all necessary stationery is available, pens, paper and brochures etc? Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email? Receive, sort and distribute daily mail and deliveries? Maintain office security, control access to the office from the reception desk? Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock? Update calendars and schedule meetings? Arrange travel and accommodation when required? Perform other receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxingRequirements and skills? Proven work experience as a receptionist, front of office or similar? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite? Hands on experience using photocopiers, printers etc? Professional attitude and appearance? Good written and verbal communication skills? Ability to be resourceful and proactive? Excellent organisational skills?
