Receptionist/Administrator

- Due to our continued growth and success we are looking for a Receptionist/Administrator to join our Human Resources team in our Head Office (Wrexham - LL13 9UG). The hours of work for this role are 08:00am to 16:00pm working Monday to Friday.

What would you be doing?



As a Receptionist/Administrator, your core tasks and responsibilities these will include, but are not limited to:

Reception & Front of House

Act as the first point of contact for all visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience
Office Administration

Manage incoming and outgoing post and couriers Book UK and international couriers and track shipments Receive, log and distribute parcels and deliveries Produce box and delivery labels, using Microsoft Word, for internal and external deliveries Book and track deliveries and shipments
Administrative & Purchasing Support

Create invoices as required Use spreadsheets to track deliveries, shipments and other administrative data Raise purchase orders using the Sicon Approvals system Order office supplies from Amazon and other suppliers Provide general administrative support across the business Support the HR team with a range of administrative tasks as required Book visitors in using the visitor sign-in iPad system Answer incoming telephone calls promptly and transfer calls to the appropriate department Manage meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are prepared as required

What skills and qualifications would you need?



To be a successful Receptionist/Administrator you will need to demonstrate the following skills, qualifications, and attributes:

Essential



Previous experience in a receptionist, administrator or similar office-based role

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment

Confident user of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel

High attention to detail and a professional, friendly manner

Desirable



Experience using finance or purchasing systems (e.g. Sicon Approvals)

Previous experience supporting HR or purchasing functions
