Job Description

We are the owners of 59 residential mobile home parks across England and Wales. We have an exciting opportunity at our head office in West Coker, Somerset for an experienced Receptionist/Administrator to join our team.

As Receptionist/Administrator you will be the first point of contact for enquirers, visitors and customers and provide general administration support to the Directors.

Responsibiltiies:



Dealing with incoming calls and queries

Assisting with incoming and outgoing post/couriers

Meeting and greeting visitors to the office

Assist with general administration including admin support to directors, typing letters, managing emails, diary management, filing and general administration support

Skills Required:-



Excellent telephone manner

Experience in Word, Excel and Outlook

Experience in general administration and typing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 23,810.00 per year
