We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist/Business Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and clients over the phone, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy office environment.
Duties
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
Answer and direct phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, use of ticketing systems to delegate tasks.
Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
Handle administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
Assist with bookkeeping tasks
Support team members with clerical tasks as needed.
Manage store diaries
Requirements
Proven experience in an administrative or receptionist role is preferred.
Apprentice Business Administrator positions available* Proficient in using computerised systems
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in data entry.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Familiarity with clerical duties and office management procedures is advantageous.
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills.
