Job Description

This is a key non-clinical role within Shah Zaman Surgery, responsible for leading all patient recall processes. You will ensure patients are invited and supported to attend their reviews in line with QOF and the Universal Offer, with a focus on chronic disease recalls, directly contributing to improved patient outcomes and the quality of care. In addition, you will support the practices safeguarding responsibilities, contribute to GSF processes, and provide assistance to the Practice Manager. The role requires excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and effective communication, alongside experience working in primary care.
