Job Details



Receptionist / Caretaker required on a permanent part time basis, based at County Buildings, Cupar which consists of Council Offices. With a salary of 23,783.40 to 24,890.91 pro rata.

16.25 hours per week - 6:30am to 9:45am Monday to Friday, 52-week contract. (30 minutes per day (6:30am to 7:00am) are paid at enhanced rates)



You will earn a competitive salary and have access to a range of benefits, including:

The Person



Educated to SCQF level 5, which includes National 5 or SVQ level 2 or Standard Grades at Credit level including English or equivalent.


Ensuring the safe and efficient procedures of a range of buildings. (Take ownership - See 'How We Work Matters' Framework).


Experience of resolving telephone enquiries.


Communication skills.


Team working skills (work together).


You will be required to attend a full days Induction Training before starting in post.
