We are looking for an individual to provide administration support and reception services within the school. The role will involve managing the School's reception facility and to fulfil appropriate administrative duties in a professional manner in order to promote the School by providing a welcoming and efficient first point of contact on behalf of the organisation, and to provide administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the general office.
The role and responsibilities include:
Providing reception duties within school including telephone answering, message handling, dealing with visitors, accepting -deliveries and dealing with general questions.
Providing administrative support to include word processing, photocopying, filing etc.
Assisting teaching staff in preparation of resources for lessons
The successful candidates will be able to demonstrate:
Minimum standard of GCSE (grade A-C) or equivalent, in English and Maths Previous experience of working in an administrative position in a busy office environment/reception
High standard of verbal and written communication skills
Good organisational skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work well both individually and as part of a team
Excellent ICT skills (including word-processing, spreadsheets and internet systems
