We are seeking a professional and organised Receptionist/Clerical Officer to join our team. This role involves managing front-desk operations, providing excellent customer service, and supporting administrative functions within our organisation. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring smooth daily operations and maintaining a welcoming environment. Previous experience in receptionist/clerical role is desirable.
Responsibilities
Greet patients and clients in a courteous and professional manner
Answer and direct phone calls using proper phone etiquette
Manage incoming call, Booking appointment and enquires
Use Clinical system (eg emis) to record and update patient information
Support the team with repeat prescriptions and admin tasks.
Assist with scanning, filing and handling incoming and out going correspondence
Ensure the reception and waiting room are tidy and presentable.
Qualifications/Essential Skills
5 GCSE's Grade C or above, or equivalent, to include English and Maths.
Confident in the use of IT systems
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
Strong communicator with professional manner
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Organised with strong time management abilities
