The opportunity



We're looking for a driven and enthusiastic Receptionist/Commercial Assistant to join our team to support our Commercial activities. This is a fantastic opportunity to apply your knowledge in a practical, fast-paced manufacturing setting while gaining experience across sales administration and logistics activities of a national and global reach.

What will I do?



Your key role will include upholding our high standards and driving improvement across the business. Your responsibilities will include:

Answering telephone in a polite, professional and timely manner Directing calls to appropriate people/departments Receiving visitors, accepting and signing for parcels and directing these to correct people. Inputting and processing Sales Orders and invoicing via Sage/Cim50 Raising Export paperwork, Commercial Invoices, Packing List and arranging Certificate of Origin through Chamber of Commerce Processing and organising Samples Booking courier for both UK and Export Filing

What skills and qualifications do I need?



You will have:

Previous demonstrable experience in a similar role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Good organisational skills Computer literate in a work environment Health & safety awareness Self-motivated and results driven Methodical approach with a keen eye for detail and accuracy Proactive and enthusiastic attitude Team player with strong work ethic

Preferred:



Drivers licence Knowledge of Sage 50 Accounts Knowledge of stock control

Qualifications:



Good standard of general education with minimum standard grade, or equivalent, passes in English and Maths.
