Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Receptionist to join our team in the UK. Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email promptly and professionally. Provide product information and assist customers with their orders. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues effectively. Process returns and exchanges according to company policies. Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the sales team. Stay updated on product knowledge and company offerings. Contribute to a positive team environment. Keep systems up to date with data management

Qualifications

Proven experience in customer service or a related field. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. Highly organised with strong attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Familiarity with data entry processes is a plus, using spreadsheets.
Added skills that would make your application shine would include social media use, AI, Canva or similar graphics work. The role will be varied and engaging.
