Our BRC AA+ processing facility in Liverpool, has a production capacity of over 500MT per week producing both warm water prawns, cold water prawns, and added-value seafood lines.

Job Purpose



We are looking for an organized and self-motivated Receptionist who will be the first point of contact for all visitors and be responsible for providing administrative support to our office personnel across various departments. Receptionist's role will include working closely with our leadership team by handling clerical duties, coordinating calendars, and organizing meetings. In order to be successful in this position you should be detail-oriented, professional and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Principal Accountabilities



Welcoming visitors and directing them to the relevant office/personnel High level of administration support - this can be very varied day to day such as managing diaries, travel arrangements, filing, proofreading documents Acting as first point of contact and preparing correspondence. Coordinating travel arrangements including but not limited to, flights, hotels, car bookings and visas Coordinating and managing appointments, meetings, and the conference room schedule in order to prevent duplicate bookings. Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company's operations. Purchasing office supplies. Performing other relevant duties when needed. Responsible for checking and verifying Credit Card statements and recons for all UK sites (ensuring that recons have receipts and captured correctly). These are then distributed to finance to upload. Responsible for checking and verifying staff personal expenses. (Ensuring that recons have receipts and captured correctly) Raising and receipting in purchase orders. Weekly grocery orders Performing other relevant duties when needed.

Essential



Previous experience in an Administrative role. Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and the ability to adapt to new systems Impeccable organisational skills with a proactive approach to anticipate needs of the office Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic and focussed environment Strong work ethic and business acumen Personable, flexible and a proactive team player Ability to demonstrate high levels of tact, discretion and judgement when working with confidential information. Trustworthiness, tact and discretion is required Strong administration and organisation skills Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines when required The ability to prioritise and organise own workload Trustworthiness, tact and discretion due to sensitivity of information High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Pay: 26,000.00-28,000.00 per year
