Front of House Concierge

who can make every patient feel seen, valued, and cared for, from the moment they book to the follow-up after treatment. Think luxury hospitality, but with energy, warmth, and a modern touch.

Your Role

This isn't just a receptionist role -- you'll curate experiences. You'll anticipate needs, elevate comfort, and create a welcoming, polished environment that reflects the excellence of Arte Dental. You'll handle everything from proactive pre-appointment communication to thoughtful post-treatment follow-up, acting as the bridge between patients and the clinical team.

What You'll Do

Before the Appointment

Confirm bookings, share directions, and give patients a clear idea of what to expect. Assist with forms and paperwork, either in person or digitally, to make the process seamless.

Upon Arrival and During the Visit

Greet patients by name with warmth and professionalism, creating a positive first impression. Offer thoughtful touches: bottled water, tea, coffee, and a calm, relaxing lounge with Wi-Fi and reading materials. Provide personalised support -- guide patients through the clinic, help with coats or bags, and assist with mobility if needed. Keep patients informed about any delays, making waiting time as smooth and comfortable as possible. Serve as a liaison between patients and the clinical team, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience.

After the Appointment

Help schedule follow-ups, provide post-treatment guidance, and assist with transport if required. Gather patient feedback and use it to continually enhance the Arte Dental experience. Build lasting relationships by remembering patient preferences and personal details, making every visit more personal than the last.

Who We're Looking For

The ideal candidate has experience in

luxury hospitality, concierge services, high-end retail, or client-facing roles (bonus if dental experience)

. You'll combine professionalism with approachability, organisation with attention to detail, and warmth with confidence.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Polished, professional, and approachable presence. Calm under pressure with the ability to multitask effectively. Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail. Passionate about creating memorable, personalised experiences.
