We are seeking an enthusiastic, well presented and organised Front of House Staff to join our team. This role is pivotal in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, excellent phone etiquette, and a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for managing various clerical tasks while providing exceptional customer service.
Duties
Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage incoming calls and respond to inquiries with clear communication.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
Maintain organised records and files
Assist with administrative duties such as scheduling appointments and managing correspondence.
Ensure the front office area is tidy and presentable at all times.
Collaborate with other team members to enhance overall guest experience.
Experience
No Dental Experience is required. Full training will be provided.
Previous office or clerical experience is highly desirable.
Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent typing skills and attention to detail are crucial for data entry responsibilities.
