We are seeking a proactive and personable Receptionist / Hospitality Concierge to join our client-facing facilities team.

Based predominantly at reception, you'll be the first point of contact for colleagues, clients, and visitors, creating a welcoming and professional experience at all times.

This is a varied and engaging role that combines traditional reception duties with hospitality and event support.

You'll be part of a small, supportive concierge team and act as the "go-to" person for a range of facilities requirements, from assisting with events and meetings to supporting day-to-day operations across the site.

This role offers excellent opportunities to learn more about facilities management and develop within a client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and register visitors, maintain visitor logs, and issue temporary building passes. Inform colleagues of visitor arrivals and assist with client enquiries. Support the planning, organisation, and execution of events, including corporate meetings, conferences, and social gatherings. Assist with event setup and breakdown, including furniture arrangement and coordination with the concierge team. Support catering and hospitality provision, including preparation and delivery of refreshments. Provide general reception support, answering calls, responding to queries, and supporting colleagues across the site. Act as a flexible resource across facilities duties, stepping in where needed to assist the wider team. Maintain a professional appearance and deliver excellent customer service at all times.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

Proactive, flexible, and happy to "jump in" to support colleagues or event operations. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills. Friendly, approachable, and able to work effectively as part of a small team. Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a busy, client-facing environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards in all tasks. Previous experience in front-of-house, reception, or hospitality roles (e.g., hotel, corporate, or facilities environment) is desirable.
