Job Description

An excellent receptionist/host is required for the remarkable scheme of St John's Wood Square. This world-class development will set a new standard of luxury living in London. The role will be based initially at the sales suite within the St. John's Wood Square Development head office, subsequently moving on to site when the marketing suite and show apartments are ready.


The Role:



The selected candidate will be acting in a receptionist role for the team, as well as supporting the Sales Director & Sales Manager for client presentations. This role demands a dedicated, eloquent and sophisticated candidate to ensure all guests receive the best service possible and a memorable experience from the moment they arrive to the moment they depart.


The Candidate:





This is an important position as visitors' first encounter will set the overall tone for the development. Personality, efficiency, confidence and exceptional manners are key.



The receptionist will be an ambassador for the brand and the development, responsible for creating an atmosphere of welcoming exclusivity for any incoming guests and potential buyers while delivering the very best in terms of quality and service.



The successful candidate will have experience within the luxury or hospitality sector or indeed working direct for HNW or UNHW clients. They will bring skills that have been acquired in these areas, including:


Delivering a high level of service and understanding the importance of going the extra mile. Establishing excellent relationships with potential buyers, sales agents, principals and the Sales Director & Sales Manager alike to create a welcoming and refined atmosphere. A comprehensive understanding of the needs and lifestyles of high profile and High Net Worth Individuals Must be culturally attuned to the customs of various cultures; Russian, European, Asian, Middle Eastern, American. Must be assertive and discreet, showing initiative when managing appointments and guests married with a keen eye for detail. Exceptional communication and social skills Flexible, collaborative, hands-on approach to enable success in a dynamic environment Maintain impeccable standards of appearance, personal hygiene, behaviour and discipline

Key responsibilities:




Provide a warm welcome and ensuring a smooth entrance and exit for all guests Answer phones, direct calls and take messages Manage the digital 'sign in' software for the building and provide a seamless registration process for visitors Manage diaries for visits Provide a cloakroom service Offer, serve and replenish refreshments and beverages in a discrete and professional manner and then clear the space once the meeting has ended Take ownership of the marketing studio to ensure it is presentable and organised at all times Manage stock levels and notify when re-stocking is required Develop and maintain good client relationships and in turn, maintain a positive public image for the development Remain engaged and assertive at all times during the presentations Prepare presentation boxes and floorplans for takeaway dependent on client interest Perform a variety of duties, with ability to change from one task to another of a different nature without loss of efficiency or composure

Requirements



Luxury experience required. This could be from hotel, residential, retail/ clientele or luxury cruise ship/ private yacht background Flexible working hours with a minimum of 36 hours a week Fluent in English. Language skills in other languages preferable Eligible to work in the UK
