Host/Receptionist

Sales Executive
.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet all customers as they arrive at the showroom with a warm and professional welcome
Direct and escort customers to available Sales Executives based on availability
Answer and manage incoming phone calls using a multi-line phone system; transfer calls to appropriate departments
Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception and customer waiting area
Assist with general administrative duties such as data entry, appointment coordination, and document filing
Update and maintain customer information using internal systems (e.g., CRM or spreadsheets)
Support showroom operations by coordinating walk-in customer flow and ensuring timely introductions to sales staff
Respond to general inquiries about location, hours, and showroom procedures
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a receptionist, host, or front desk role is preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Organized, reliable, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.)
Professional appearance and a confident, friendly attitude
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced showroom environment
Experience in a customer-facing or automotive environment is an advantage
