Role Overview:

As a Weekend Host & Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 9 am to 9 pm. Your warm and welcoming demeanor will set the tone for their experience, creating a positive and memorable atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly smile, creating a positive and inviting atmosphere. Manage reservations and ensure smooth seating arrangements. Provide information about our services, menu, and any special promotions. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and requests with professionalism and efficiency. Maintain a tidy and organized reception area. Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless and enjoyable customer experience.

Qualifications:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A friendly and approachable demeanour. Customer service experience is a plus, but not required. Ability to handle busy periods and remain calm under pressure. Basic computer skills for managing reservations and guest information.

Friday, Saturday, Sunday
2pm to 2 pm
