Aman Solicitors are looking for a confident, friendly receptionist to join their team. The successful candidate will be a team player and proactive in problem solving. They will also have had experience working on a busy professional services reception.
You will be:
Answering and forwarding phone calls, assisting with enquiries whenever necessary.
Completing administrative tasks, such as organising files and delivering and accepting mail.
Organising, tidying and maintaining the reception area.
Greeting and signing in clients and visitors.
Scheduling appointments and meeting times, setting up meeting rooms.
Representing the business with a friendly, positive attitude and professional appearance.
The firm operates from first class offices in Birmingham and offer a superb working environment.
