A Law practice based in Isleworth and Windsor is currently seeking a Receptionist/ Legal Secretary to join their thriving firm.
The Legal Secretary will be required to undertake a variety of tasks including but not limited to
Liaising with clients and third parties
Proofreading documents
Digital audio dictation of letters and documents
Preparing and drafting legal documents
Assisting and opening files
Key admin tasks
Answering and making calls to clients and general admin.
Applications are invited from Legal Secretaries with experience in either Family, Wills & Probate and Property law preferred.
Required skills :Excellent telephone manner, Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel, experience of case management.

Pay: Up to 22,500.00 per year
