We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Receptionist/Office Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing comprehensive administrative support. This position requires proficiency in various clerical tasks, excellent phone etiquette, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
Responsibilities
Answering Head Office telephone, taking messages, and diverting to correct department
Monitoring the general info account, forwarding emails, and responding to queries
Updating the complaints log
Filing, Shredding, and scanning
Replace the toners in the printer
Collecting the post and parcels, going through them, and distributing to the relevant persons
Making sure the communal areas are clean and tidy
Stocking up fridges and cupboards
Opening up and closing the building
Experience
Proficiency in using Microsoft applications (Outlook, Teams, Excel etc) is essential.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on professional phone etiquette.
A keen eye for detail and accuracy in all aspects of work is crucial.
