Role Purpose



The Receptionist & Office Administrator will be the first point of contact for students, staff, and visitors. You will ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the College, managing all administrative tasks from opening the school at 8:30 AM until closing at 3:30 PM.

This role combines traditional reception duties with office administration and digital communications, including social media.

Role and Responsibilities



Front Desk & Student Support



Greet and assist students, visitors, and staff in a professional, friendly manner Respond to enquiries (in person, phone, email, and social media) Support student enrolments, attendance, and records management Provide information and guidance on college services

Administration & Operations



Open and close the College each day Maintain accurate student and staff records Prepare welcome packs and documents for new students Manage daily correspondence and office organisation Assist management with reports and general admin tasks

Digital & Social Media



Create short videos and engaging content for social media platforms Monitor and respond to messages and comments online Support marketing and outreach campaigns

Essential Skills & Experience



Previous receptionist or customer service/administrative experience (essential) Degree in any field preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong organisational and multitasking abilities Professional appearance and approachable manner Confident using social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn) Basic video-making and content creation skills

Location: Oxford Place, Leeds LS1 3AU Hours: Part-time, on-site - 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM (Monday-Friday) Start Date: Immediate start available Salary: Competitive, based on experience
