As a Receptionist/Assistant, you will be the welcoming face of our organization, playing a vital role in creating a positive first impression for clients and visitors. Your dynamic position will involve managing front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting various administrative tasks. You'll be the heartbeat of our office, ensuring smooth communication and efficient workflow while showcasing your organizational prowess.

What you'll do



Greet and assist clients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls and taking messages as needed Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring it is welcoming and professional Handle data entry tasks, including filing documents and maintaining records Provide clerical support by proofreading documents and managing correspondence Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings manage our onboarding process alongside the Administrator Collaborate with team members to enhance office management processes

Basic qualifications



Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for daily tasks Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry

Preferred qualifications



Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role, preferably in a medical or care home setting Bilingual abilities to effectively communicate with diverse clientele Familiarity with office management practices and customer service excellence

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
