Main Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare and write documents such as letters, internal and external emails, and other correspondence as required.
Collate and input data accurately into Excel or other company software systems to support reporting and analysis.
Liaise with various departments across the company to gather and share information as needed.
Assist with Pump Services Administration, including collating electronic reports and merging documents for email distribution and external uploads.
Provide Audit Assistance by maintaining and updating online systems for the Operations Team and other auditing requirements.
Support compliance efforts for company accreditations including ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001, as well as FORS, SafeContractor, ConstructionLine Gold, and ISO.
Be first point of contact for incoming telephone calls, directing callers appropriately, taking and conveying messages accurately, and dealing with public and customer enquiries.
Assist with the company's CRM systemby helping develop forms and reports for the Sales and Accounts Teams and supporting ongoing improvements to system functionality.
Additional Duties
Manage purchase order and supplier order processes
Filing, photocopying, and document shredding
Maintain and order general office stationery supplies
Support team hospitality (e.g., making tea/coffee occasionally)
Ordering of driver PPE
