Part time reception and sales advisor position in a very busy hair, beauty and nail salon that has a large retail area stocking premium hair and beauty brands within a busy village.

This role includes:

Opening and locking up Customer service Managing the appointment diary Sales advice Managing stock levels Window dressing Working Fridays & Sundays as a minimum.

We are looking for an experienced Sales Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with clients, and meeting sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal techniques, and the ability to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. The Sales Advisor will also be expected to work collaboratively with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service. Understand customer needs and requirements. Assist customers in selecting the right product for their needs. Provide advice and guidance on product selection. Maintain and promotions. Keep up to date with product information. Process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week
