ITV's hit TV show Ninja Warrior UK has been on our screens since 2015, with Tim Champion finally crowned the UK's first winner in 2019 scaling the top of Mount Midoriyama against tough opposition from across the world!

PLG have partnered with ITV to create a Ninja Warrior UK activity and fitness venue in Watford which will be geared to appeal to a wide age and ability range. As well as the Ninja activities there isalso be a cafe so that all members of the family can have fun in our centre.

Our venues are fun, safe, clean and inclusive - enabling all participants to create their own Ninja Warrior UK journeys!

We are looking for individuals with an interest in the Leisure Entertainment Industry to work as part-time Receptionist.

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Our Receptionist's duties include:

Welcoming and greeting all customers, Ensuring they receive the best possible customer service experience, Answering incoming phone calls, Ensuring reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material, Ensuring that the Company's policies, procedures and guidance are followed at all times, Answering questions about products or services offered at the centre, Cash Handling, Taking bookings over the phone when needed, Proactively helping to keep the venue clean and organised, Enforcing rules and maintaining safety of all users, Undertake additional tasks as requested by Manager
Sales Focus:

This role is a heavily sales focused role and requires individuals to be comfortable with upselling and offering addtional ancillary products to all customers.

About you:

Ideally you will have had some previous customer service experience, but training will be given, Be committed to providing exceptional customer care, Have good organisational skills, Be friendly and approachable, Excellent people skills Comfortable with clear Sales Targets.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 9.80-12.60 per hour
