Summary



We are looking for a confident and well-organised

Receptionist / Sales Assistant

to join our team based in Stirling. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for customers, handling calls, and sales administration.

Key Responsibilities



Greet and assist visitors and customers professionally. Answer telephone calls and respond to enquiries. Process sales orders and prepare quotations. Maintain accurate customer and delivery records. Support general office administration and filing. File appropriate paperwork electronically and manually Ensure sales are being followed up and recorded. All jobs booked are documented and booked with appropriate correspondence to customers and team members. Requesting Google Reviews via text every week. Forward planning one week ahead each Monday. Converting all sales to data. Actively Diversifying within the business continuously. Record all storage and sales leads. Respond to storage and sales leads in a timely manner. Build Client Relationships. High Communication with every colleague via Text, email and Phone call. Assist with social media updates and marketing support where required. Keeping office clean and tidy at all times. Ordering Stationery and stock ensuring appropriate stock levels are maintained.

Skills & Experience



Excellent communication and customer service skills. Previous experience in a reception, admin, or sales environment is essential. Confident with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Organised and able to multitask in a busy environment. Positive attitude and willingness to assist across departments.

Additional Information



This is a varied role requiring flexibility and initiative.

Salary for this role is 12.50 per hour plus sales commission.

Hours of work are 8.45am until 5.00pm Monday to Friday with flexibility to meet the needs of the business.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.21-12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
