Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer and direct phone calls with excellent phone etiquette.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
Maintain and organise office files, both electronic and paper-based.
Assist with clerical duties such as typing, filing, and photocopying documents.
Manage scheduling and appointments.
Provide administrative support to team members as required.
Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy.
