Job Overview: We are currently seeking a Receptionist/Secretary to join our firm in providing reception duties and some administrative support within our legal practice. The ideal candidate will have excellent people and organisational skills and be proficient in various office software applications. Full time permanent role.
Responsibilities:- Greeting Visitors, managing phone calls and maintain reception area and to provide administrative support to Solicitors and legal executives. Prepare legal documents and correspondence- Maintain and organise legal files and documents- Manage incoming and outgoing communications- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars- Conduct audio typing of legal documents- Assist with general office duties.
Experience:- Previous experience as a Receptionist/Secretary or in a similar administrative role- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook- Strong typing skills with accuracy and speed- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks- Familiarity with audio typing techniques- Experience in general administrative tasks is advantageous.
