Team Member/shift Supervisor - Weekend/Weekdays
Role Purpose
We are on the look out for an experienced Team member/shift supervisor . Ideal applicant must have a vibrant personality and must be willing to always go above and beyond for customers. This person must have previous experience in a similar role, most preferably dealing with a mixture of adults and children, be able to use initiative and improvisation, have a productive attitude and be able to work within a team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in administration and control of cash handling
Lead shifts and lock and secure the club when/if necessary
Deliver an excellent level of customer service promoting the brand at all opportunities
Responsible for help close-down the building at night
Have the flexibility to work across a number of functions in accordance with the needs of the business - reception, cleaning, etc
To undertake related administrative tasks.
Deal with challenging customers by demonstrating empathy and understanding even in the most difficult situation.
Build and maintain good relationships with all team members
Be willing to take on jobs to balance the team workload
Hosting Kids parties if required
Taking booking payments
Answering and responding to emails and phone calls
Administer all bookings and cancellations in line with the company policy
Ensure a full understanding of the booking systems
Ensure a good understanding of core products and promotions
Keep up to date with current promotions and pricing
Provide the correct information to customers and seek to maximise sales opportunities
Deal with all enquiries in a professional & courteous manner
Supervise shifts if and when required.

Proven experience in similar Role
Experience of multi-tasking
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 7.55-12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 6 - 16 per week
