Showroom Host Responsibilities:

Delivering a seamless welcome experience in line with the Mercedes-Benz standard Supporting the sales/service departments with "meet and greet" services for all customers and visitors Accurately entering customer information into the Host Module to support the sales team Providing efficient administrative support and maintaining high-quality standards

What's required from you?

Competent IT skills Strong customer service experience and communication skills Ability to work well under pressure and manage varying tasks Initiative and a proactive approach to work
