Receptionist/switchboard Operator

Job Description

Ross & Liddell are looking for a Receptionist to join their busy Edinburgh Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:-

Operating a busy switchboard which covers our Glasgow and Edinburgh Offices; Directing calls to the correct department, by introducing the callers and taking messages as required; Being the first point of contact within our Edinburgh Office, for all visitors; Dealing with in-person enquiries from clients and contractors; Issuing keys to contractors, as required; liaising with Property Managers as required; Processing Invoices; General administration tasks, as and when required within the team;
Candidates should possess:-

Strong communication skills; Strong organisations skills; An understanding of Microsoft Packages; Previous experience of operating a busy switchboard
Experience in a similar role would be preferred.

A smart appearance is essential. Uniform will be provided.

Full training will be provided.

This role is based within the office Monday - Friday, 9am until 5pm.
