We have an exciting new opportunity to join our Operations Department!



This role is fully on site, in our office based near Finchley Road Station. The working hours are 9am - 5pm, 5 days a week.

Key responsibilities:





Manage the reception function to ensure all clients and guests are greeted positively and made to feel welcome Be aware of all planned activity each day including what meetings are taking place, seminars, events and if any clients are visiting the office Co-ordinate and deal with any deliveries to the office ensuring the intended recipients are informed quickly Meet and greet clients in a professional, friendly and timely manner Check availability of meeting rooms and book rooms as required Arrange for couriers and taxis as and when required ensuring the firm's procedures are followed Answer all phone calls efficiently demonstrating an excellent telephone manner Take messages and pass them on in a timely manner Deal with telephone enquiries and forward callers to the relevant person or team Provide refreshments for guests as required Ensure the reception area is kept tidy to create a good impression of the firm Clean/sanitise the meeting rooms after every meeting that takes place Assist with the sorting and distribution of post and faxes Build a good rapport with colleagues Attend internal meetings as required Cover holiday arrangements and peak workloads as required Liaise with clients and partners to ensure a high level of client service at all times Assist the Partners and the Operations Director with any ad hoc jobs that may be required, including but not limited to: Client send ons, scanning, filing etc. Assist the Operations Department with any ad hoc jobs that may be required, including but not limited to: money laundering and client set up needs. Reports to the Operations Director
