Receptionist / Trainee Dental Nurse

What you'll be doing

Your role will be split between front-of-house reception duties and chairside support as you train to become a qualified dental nurse. Responsibilities include:

Greeting patients and ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable. Handling queries via phone, email, and social media with professionalism. Booking and amending appointments, processing payments, and updating confidential records. Supporting the Practice Manager and clinicians to keep the practice running smoothly. Providing chairside assistance to dentists and hygienists during procedures. Preparing and sterilising instruments, maintaining high standards of infection control. Assisting with patient care, ensuring comfort throughout their treatment.

Working hours

Monday: 08:15 - 18:15 Tuesday: 08:15 - 17:15 Wednesday: 08:15 - 17:15 Thursday: 08:15 - 17:15 Friday: 08:15 - 15:15 Saturday: 08:15 - 13:15 (once a month)
