We are looking for a new customer focused Receptionist/Welcome Host at our Volvo dealership in Cumnor Hill, Oxford.



As the first point of contact for our customers, whether in person or on the telephone, you should take pride in delivering a first-class visitor experience. Our preferred candidate will bring personality and efficiency to the role.

Duties will include:

meeting, greeting and registering customers and visitors to the dealership, including offering refreshments Answering the phone and transferring to Sales, Service and Parts, or recording messages on the call log. post and courier management ordering stationery and supplies for the staff within the dealership ensuring the housekeeping and cleanliness of the showroom and waiting areas is excellent, reporting any issues to a manager

About you

You should be well presented You should be a team player and work well on a job share basis You must have excellent communication skills and a professional manner. You should be comfortable using Microsoft Office and related software packages

Salary, Hours and Benefits:

Basic salary: 12.21 per hour Hours: 25 hours per week (Mon-Fri 8am-1pm ) 31 days holiday per year (including Bank Holidays) Benefits platform with employee support programme Discounted rates of vehicle parts and servicing Opportunities for training and career progression Contributory pensions scheme for eligible staff Life insurance of 3 x salary
