Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Salon Manager who has previous management experience. This role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent client service, diary and staff management and creating a positive team.

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate the salon team to deliver outstanding beauty and holistic treatments. Manage daily operations including scheduling, inventory, and customer service. Implement sales strategies to increase retail and service revenue. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Help train and develop staff to maintain high standards of service. Oversee merchandising and promotional activities. Maintain a welcoming environment that reflects the company's values. Collaborate with training programs to enhance team skills.

Qualifications

Proven management experience. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and organisational abilities. Administrative experience is essential. Cover holiday hours.
Hours: Wednesday 9.30-2.00pm, Thursday 9.30 - 9.00pm, Friday 9.30 - 6.00pm, Saturday 9.30 -5.00pm, extra hours are available if needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.50-14.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 35 per week
