Job Overview


Part of the recertification team reporting to the general manager assisting with the day-to-day administration involved with a busy successful recertification team. The recertification administrator has responsibility for data entry and processing of client details, work orders including asset details, issuing existing client quotes and updating CRM portals.

Duties & Responsibilities

Assisting the collective to answer external telephone calls

Data entry onto the CRM System in the form of site details, contacts, asset data, order processing etc. (training will be provided)

Monitoring existing re-certification clients' renewals to ensure quotes are submitted on a timely basis, actively chasing down purchase orders in order to drive growth

Updating clients' CRM Portals for visits, reporting after visits, including uploading certificates and reports.

Assist with scheduling of site visits with a strong emphasis on EH&S

Job sheet & RAMs creation with handover to dedicated recertification technicians

Producing purchase orders for plant & co-ordinating works around availability

Updating KPIs and Run Rate trackers on a daily basis

Skills and Qualifications:



Minimum GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above preferred)

Basic understanding of health and safety in a construction/work environment.
Relationship management with customers, stakeholders, and colleagues.

Working knowledge of MS Office (specifically Excel, Word and Outlook) and CRM tools

Knowledge & experience in Fall Protection products (Desirable) Desirable - Construction or Fall Protection industry experience.
A minimum of 1 year's sales experience with a strong focus on B2B telesales.

Experience in a fast-paced working environment where large numbers of calls are made.
