We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Mechanic to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a variety of machinery and equipment to ensure optimal operational efficiency. We also require recovery drivers to drive, 3.5t/7.5t/12t vehicles which has various shift patterns, Over 25 due to insurance, Need mechanical knowledge
Responsibilities
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on vehicles
Diagnose faults accurately using diagnostic tools and techniques.
Repair or replace faulty components, ensuring minimal downtime.
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
Collaborate with other team members to optimise operational performance.
Follow health and safety regulations diligently during all ta
Keep work areas clean, organised, and compliant with safety standards.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a mechanic or in a similar technical role.
Strong understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and electrical components.
Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams effectively.
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
Basic computer literacy for record keeping and diagnostics software use is advantageous.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
