Recruitment Consultant Apprentice

, you'll play an active role in identifying talent and supporting the end-to-end recruitment process. You'll be fully trained while gaining practical experience and professional development.

Your day-to-day duties will include:

Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals Conducting initial screenings and telephone interviews Matching suitable candidates to vacancies Maintaining and updating the candidate database Coordinating interview bookings with clients and candidates Supporting administrative and compliance tasks Engaging with candidates to ensure a positive experience Contributing to team activities and collaboration Making outbound calls to generate potential leads Ensuring all communication is professional and confidential
