We are looking for a Recruitment Advisor to join our team here at ATS Euromaster and Tructyre to take responsibility for end-to-end recruitment services, executing recruitment strategies for volume operational vacancies as well as supporting with head office roles.

The Recruitment Advisor, will serve as the main point of contact for candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless recruitment journey that delivers on quality and speed.

The Role:



Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for a diverse range of roles across Operations (Technicians, MOT Testers, Commercial Tyre Technicians, Centre Managers etc.) in line with recruitment policy and standard operating procedures.

Coach and provide comprehensive advice to hiring managers on a range of recruitment queries such as hiring family members, hiring former employees, employee referral process, best practice interview guidance etc.

Proactively source candidates through various channels, including internal, external job boards, social media, LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and referrals etc.

Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates, ensuring alignment with job requirements, making informed recommendations to hiring managers.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing timely communication throughout the process, including responding to enquiries, management of the recruitment inbox and phone line, scheduling interviews, providing feedback and collating required documentation etc.

Manage the offer to onboarding process, including final recruitment sign off and work closely with the HR Assistant to issue offer paperwork, carry out required reference checks and ensure the return of new starter documents before they are processed on the HR and Payroll system.

The Person:



Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably within a high-volume environment. Experience in the same/similar industry is preferred whereby there may be a candidate shortage in the market and recruitment can be challenging.

Experience of working with the Indeed platform and managing budgets against job postings.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers.

Strong sourcing capabilities, utilising diverse recruitment channels and techniques.

Excellent organisation skills and attention detail.

Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
